Strawberry and yoghurt ice cream

Very creamy ... and delicious!

Ingredients

  • 100g strawberries
  • 100g cream
  • 100g Greek yoghurt
  • 40g brown sugar
  • 60g white chocolate chips

Method

  1. Clean the strawberries, blend them, and set aside.
  2. Whip the yoghurt with the cream with a food processor, and add the sugar little by little.
  3. Beat the white mixture with the strawberries and add the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the mixture into the ice cream molds filling them up to the marked line.
  5. Place the molds in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove from the mold and... They’re ready to enjoy!
