Strawberry and yoghurt ice cream

Very creamy ... and delicious!

Ingredients
- 100g strawberries
- 100g cream
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- 40g brown sugar
- 60g white chocolate chips
Method
- Clean the strawberries, blend them, and set aside.
- Whip the yoghurt with the cream with a food processor, and add the sugar little by little.
- Beat the white mixture with the strawberries and add the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream molds filling them up to the marked line.
- Place the molds in the freezer for 4 hours. Remove from the mold and... They’re ready to enjoy!
