Sea bass with honey mustard sauce

A quick and easy recipe to enjoy a healthy and tasty meal!

Ingredients

  • 4 sea bass loins (2 small sea bass)
  • 1/2 chopped leek
  • 1 small apple, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • Young spinach leaves
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Peel and chop the leek and apple as finely as possible.
  2. Place in the Steam Case with a splash of water, microwave for about 3-4 minutes at maximum power and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, honey, mustard and the cooked apple and leek until you have a sauce with the ingredients well integrated.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  5. Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper and cook them (two at a time) in the microwave in the Steam Case for about 2 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fillet) at maximum temperature.
  6. To serve, put a base of young spinach leaves.
  7. Place one of the fillets on top, season with mayonnaise and, finally, place the other fillet on top.
  8. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil and a little coarse salt.
