Wild Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 ml milk
  • 75 g sugar
  • 20 g cornflour
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar
  • To decorate:
  • 2 tbsp raspberry jam

Method

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar, cheese, milk, cornflour and vanilla sugar and mix well.
  2. Pour into the moulds and ask your parents to bake them in a preheated oven at 170ºC for 20 minutes.
  3. Take out of the oven, let it cool and serve.
  4. Decoration: Dilute the jam in 2 tbsp hot water and strain it.Pour into the Decopen and draw on the cupcake following the shape with the smallest nozzle.
