Truffle cubes

Ingredients

  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 150 g dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons rum
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Method

  1. Break up the chocolate and place in a bowl. Add the boiling cream and stir until chocolate dissolves. Add the rum, stir and pour into two C’rush trays.
  2. Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours until completely set.
  3. Remove from the C'rush trays one cube at a time and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Serve on a platter with coffee.
  4. Tip: Wrapping one end of the cube with aluminum foil prevents the chocolate from melting in your hands.
