Nut Cake Pops

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup
  • 80 g of butter ½ cup
  • 110 g of sugar 1 egg 1 cup
  • 135 g of flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/3 cup
  • 80 ml of milk ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract ¼ cup
  • 60 g of chopped nuts
  • To coat:
  • Glaze with almond flavouring 1 cup
  • 200 g of i

Method

  1. Preheat the oven at 325 F / 160°C.Use a whisk to beat the softened butter with the sugar until the mixture is creamy.Add the egg and continue whisking.
  2. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder, milk and vanilla extract.Continue beating for 2 minutes until you have a light and creamy texture.Add the chopped nuts and mix.
  3. Fill the semi-spheres of the base of the mould to the brim.Put on the lid and bake for 20 minutes at 325 F / 160°C, until they have risen.Remove from the oven, leave to cool for a few minutes before removing from mould.
  4. Insert the sticks into each Cake Pop.
  5. To coat: 1. Beat the sugar with the egg white and vanilla extract. Coat the Cake Pops with the mixture. Place them in the holes in the lid and leave to dry.
