Moroccan style gilthead bream

A healthy, delicious and complete microwave recipe: steamed sea bream

Ingredients
- 1 gilthead bream (300 g)
- ¼ lemon confit
- ½ teaspoonful cilantro seeds
- ½ teaspoonful cumin seeds
- ½ teaspoonful nigellia gallica
- ½ teaspoonful sesame seeds
- ½ teaspoonful fennel seeds
- 1 small strong chilli
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoonful chopped parsley
- 10 cl vegetable stock
- 2 tablespoonful olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Clean the gilthead bream and remove the scales.
- Chop the garlic and the lemon confit, and mix with seeds, the chilli, the parsley and the olive oil.
- Cover and fill the gilthead bream with the mixture, season with salt and pepper.
- Put in the papillote with the stock and bake at 180 ºC for 25 - 30 minutes.
