Mini apple tart

Learn how to make an easy microwave apple pie.

Ingredients
- 50 g flour
- 50 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch powdered yeast
- ½ apple
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Peel the apple and cut it into small cubes. Place it in the Steamer with a splash of brandy and cook for 1 minute at full power (800W). Beat the egg with the sugar until you get a whitish mixture. Add the previously softened butter, stir, and also add the flour and baking powder. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated and the result is a smooth batter. Pour the mixture into the Steamer, over the apple, close it, and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave at 800W.
- Check that the tart is cooked through by inserting a toothpick into it: if it comes out clean, it's ready to eat. If not, add more time in 10-minute batches.

- You can also prepare it in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes. With 10 minutes left, open the Steam Case to allow the apple pie to brown on top.
