  • 4 leaves of basil

Method

  1. To give your gazpacho a special touch and refresh it without watering it down: Pour 150 ml of gazpacho into the blender, add 4 basil leaves and blend.
  2. Pour into two C’rush trays and freeze for 1 hour. You can serve the cubes whole or crush them to decorate the gazpacho.It will be more refreshing and aromatic.
