Courgette cream soup

Ingredients
- 1 big courgette
- 1 tender onion
- 600 ml water
- 600 ml water
- salt
- 100 ml milk cream
Method
- Cut the courgette into ½ cm slices and set aside. Julienne the onion and put both ingredients in the Cooking Bag. Add salt and water. Cook in the microwave at 600 W for 15 minutes with the bag open. Once cooked, smash with an electric smasher until obtaining a smooth cream. Add the milk cream, mix slightly and serve in a soup dish.
