Ingredients
- 100 ml/3 fl oz oil
- 1 egg medium
- 125 g/4 1/2 oz caster sugar
- 150 g/5 oz self raising flour
- 50 g/ 2 oz chocolate powder
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 150 ml/5 fl oz milk
Method
- In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, yeast, and powder.
- Make a well in the centre, add the egg, milk and oil a mix form a dough.
- Fill the silicone moulds with the dough.
- Microwave each mould for approximately 4 minutes at 500 Watts.
- Allow to cool, turn over and serve.
