Ingredients

  • 30 g of carrot (1 small carrot)
  • 30 g of green onions (1/2 small onion)
  • 30 g of turnip (1/2 small turnip)
  • 30 g of green beans
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
  • 200 g of cooked chickpeas
  • 60 g of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt Bl

Method

  1. Cut the vegetables very thin and place them in the SpanishOmelette, along with soy sauce and sesame oil.
  2. Stir, close and microwave for 2 minutes at 800 W. In a container, crush the chickpeas and add flour, olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Crush with electric grinder to a dense paste. Add the cooked vegetables to the container and mix with chickpea paste.
  4. Divide the mix into two equal parts and place one part in the SpanishOmelette. Spread evenly over the entire surface, close and microwave for 4 minutes at 800 W.
  5. Turn the SpanishOmelette over and microwave for 1 additional minute. Repeat with the other half of the mix.
  6. Comments: Before turning over, it is recommended to scrape the Jeon from the edges of the container (as is done with the traditional omelette). It is advisable to let stand a few minutes before eating.
