Ingredients
- 75g sugar
- 125g butter
- 1 small egg
- 250g sifted flour
- 1 tbsp. vanilla sugar
Method
- Mix the butter, sugar and beaten egg
- Add the flour, little by little
- Roll the dough into two balls and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Take one dough ball and spread until it is 5mm thick.
- Cut with the Cookie Puzzle and gently shake. Preheat the oven to 180ºc.
- Place the shapes on an oven tray with a baking mat.
- Place in an oven that has been pre-heated to 180ºC for 12-15 minutes.
- Repeat with the rest of the dough.
- Decorate your biscuits!
