Pizza flavour crisps

Prepare the healthy version of pizza-flavored chips at home!
Ingredients
- Soaked chickpeas 75 g
- Raw potato 75 g
- Salt 1⁄2 tsp
- Sundried tomato 20 g
- Powdered garlic 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1 tsp
Method
- Soak the chickpeas for 8 to 12 hours.
- Peel and cut the potato into small pieces. Place the drained chickpeas, potato, salt, sundried tomato, powdered garlic and oregano in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula until the holes are completely full. Sprinkle some extra oregano on top for decoration.
- Remove the top guide and microwave for 4 minutes at 800W. Let the steam escape from the microwave, then cook for 4 more minutes.
- Remove the product from the microwave and leave the crisps to stand for 1 minute, or until they cool down and get a crisp texture.
