Pasta with kale pesto

Ingredients
- 150 g of fresh pasta type rigatoni
- 100 g of kale
- 20 g of pine nuts (or 2 tbsp.)
- ½ small garlic clove
- 10 g of fresh basil (or the leaves of 2-3 springs)
- 6 tbsp. of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp. of parmesan cheese
Method
- For the pesto, first, wash the vegetables.
- Put all the ingredients in a blender (except the pasta)and mix well until you get an even consistency. If it is very thick, you can add a little more olive oil.
