Ingredients
- Ingredients for preparing greek yogurt:
- 800 ml refrigerated milk
- 80 g culture (powder or natural yogurt)
- Ingredients for preparing matcha tea yogurt:
- 500 g Greek yogurt
- 4 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoon matcha tea powder
- 3 tablespoons sugar Strawberry purée (optional)
- *If you decide to prepare it at home, you do not need to add it to the purchase list
Method
- Pour 800 ml of refrigerated milk into the translucent container.
- Heat the milk in the microwave at 800 W for 7 minutes (80 ºC). Let the milk cool for 30 minutes (52 ºC). Add 80 g of culture.
- Place the translucent container with the silicone lid in the thermal insulator. Ferment for approximately 8 hours.
- Remove the container from the thermal insulator and pour the yogurt into another container.
- Place the filter over the translucent container and pour in the yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Ready to enjoy your greek yogurt!
- Discover the power of matcha tea. Retrieve 500 g of your previous preparation of greek yogurt. Dilute the matcha tea in a bowl with cold water and the sugar. Blend the preparation with the yogurt until thoroughly mixed. If you want, spread the matcha tea yogurt over a tasty base of strawberry purée.
