The most refreshing ice cream!
Ingredients
- 250g water
- 100g lime juice
- 5g grated lime zest
- 50g sugar
Method
- Grate the lime zest.
- Juice the lime juice and mix it with the water and sugar. Lastly, add the lime zest.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream molds filling them up to the marked line.
- Place the molds in the freezer for 4 hours.
- Remove from the mold and... They’re ready to enjoy!
