Ingredients
- 10 tablespoons orange juice
- 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper
Method
- Mix all the ingredients well by shaking the Vinaigrette Emulsifier and let it rest in the refrigerator so that all the aromas of the light vinaigrette mix well.
