Light orange juice, mustard and honey vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 10 tablespoons orange juice
  • 5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients well by shaking the Vinaigrette Emulsifier and let it rest in the refrigerator so that all the aromas of the light vinaigrette mix well.
  2. It keeps a couple of days in the refrigerator.
