Discover your most authentic and creamy yogurt

Ingredients
- 800 ml refrigerated milk
- 80 g culture (powder or natural yogurt)
Method
- Pour 800 ml of refrigerated milk into the translucent container.
- Heat the milk in the microwave at 800 W for 7 minutes (80 ºC).
- Let the milk cool for 30 minutes (52 ºC).
- Add 80 g of culture. Place the translucent container with the silicone lid in the thermal insulator.
- Ferment for approximately 8 hours.
- Remove the container from the thermal insulator and pour the yogurt into another container.
- Place the filter over the translucent container and pour in the yogurt.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Ready to enjoy your Greek yogurt!
