Make a delicious pistachio ice cream quickly and easily!

Ingredients
- Pistachios 65g (2,3 oz)
- Cream 100g (3,5 oz)
- Agave syrup 30g (1 oz)
- Water 50ml (1,7 fl.oz)
- Dark Chocolate 150g (5,2 oz)
- Olive oil 15g (0,5 oz)
- Chopped pistachios 2 tbsp..
Method
- Blend the pistachios with water until you get a smooth paste.
- Whip the cream with the agave syrup and pistachio paste.
- Fill the Classic Creamy ice cream molds with the mix and freeze for 4-5 hours.
- Melt the dark chocolate in the silicone container for 10-20 second intervals at full power in the microwave. Repeat until the chocolate has melted.
- Add coconut oil to the chocolate and mix until it is even.
- Remove the ice cream from the mold and dip it in the dark chocolate, then sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the top.
- Leave to rest until the chocolate hardens, ideally on a silicone mat .
- Your pistachio ice creams are ready to enjoy!
