- Cream of carrot soup:
- - 150g. of carrot
- - 50g. of leek
- - 50g. of potatoes
Method
- Julienne the carrots, leeks, and potatoes.
- Cook the carrots, leeks, and potatoes for 10 minutes.
- Blend the vegetables until you get the desired puree consistency.
- Place the cereals in the silicone container so they retain their texture and flavor until you mix them and consume the puree.
