Ingredients
- 120 gr / 40 oz Spaghetti
- 300 ml / 10 fl.oz Water
- 1 Lemon
- 50 g / 1,7 oz. Parmesan Cheese
- 30 g / 1 oz. Olive oil
- 10 g / o.3 oz. Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Basil
Method
- Introduce 120 g of spaghetti with 300 ml of water in the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker. Cook in the microwave for 10 min. at full power (900W).
- Chop the basil and mix it with the olive oil, parmesan and lemon zest to make the sauce.
- Remove the Quick Pasta Recipes Cooker from the microwave and wring the excess water.
- Add the butter and the parmesan and lemon sauce to the pasta. Introduce in the microwave for 1 min. more. Remove and ready to serve!
