Strawberry Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 80 gr. Sugar
- 500 gr. Cream
- 8 Strawberries
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Method
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until moist and light.
- Slowly add the beaten cream, and then the beaten egg whites, blending the mixture well until the batter is smooth and spongy.
- Before filling the mould, add the strawberries chopped into small pieces.
- Fill the Princess mould with the batter and put it in the freezer until well set (at least 5 hours).
- Turn out of the mould and serve on a platter surrounded by fruit cubes.
