Squids with tomatoes

Ingredients
- 400 g squid rings
- 5 “Roma” tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 parsley sprig
- 10 basil leaves
- olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Cut the tomatoes longitudinally. Cut the garlic into slices, and chop the parsley and the basil.
- Mix the garlic, the herbs and the oil.
- Season the tomatoes and the squid rings with salt, pepper and the mixture.
- Bake at 180 ºC for 15 minutes.
