Square egg with spinach and frankfurt

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 4 fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 frankfurt
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Place the whole and raw spinach leaves covering the walls of the base of the egg cup, next place the de-shelled egg, the sliced frankfurt in it and season to taste.
  2. In a separate saucepan with boiling water cook it for 7 minutes in the bain-marie. You can also cook it in the microwave at maximum power (800W) for 30 seconds.
  3. Serve on a plate with care pressing the walls.
