Vieiras with Grapefruit and Tea

Ingredients
- 8 Vieiras
- 60 g of the white part of the leek
- 2 grapefruits
- 30 g of butter, ½ salt
- 1/3 teaspoon of Earl Grey tea
- Salt, pepper
Method
- Cut the leek in julienne.
- Peel the grapefruits and remove the segments gently.
- Put the leek, half of the tea, the butter and two spoonfuls of water into the papillote.
- Bake at 180° C for 10 minutes or in the microwave at max. power for 2 minutes.
- Add the grapefruit segments and the rest of the tea, salt and pepper it.
- Cook again at 180° C for 8 minutes or in the microwave at max. power for 2 minutes.
