Vieiras with Grapefruit and Tea

Ingredients

  • 8 Vieiras
  • 60 g of the white part of the leek
  • 2 grapefruits
  • 30 g of butter, ½ salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon of Earl Grey tea
  • Salt, pepper

Method

  1. Cut the leek in julienne.
  2. Peel the grapefruits and remove the segments gently.
  3. Put the leek, half of the tea, the butter and two spoonfuls of water into the papillote.
  4. Bake at 180° C for 10 minutes or in the microwave at max. power for 2 minutes.
  5. Add the grapefruit segments and the rest of the tea, salt and pepper it.
  6. Cook again at 180° C for 8 minutes or in the microwave at max. power for 2 minutes.
