Ingredients
- 1 slice of salmon
- 100 g of saltwort
- 1/2 shallot
- 1/2 teaspoonful of five peppers
- 4 cl of white wine
- 1 brush stroke of salt flower
- 1 small ball of butter
Method
- Clean the saltwort.
- Slice the shallot.
- Put it into the papillote, add the butter and the white wine and salt and pepper it.
- Bake at 190° C for 12 minutes or 3 minutes in the microwave at max. power.
