Salmon and dill

Ingredients

  • 3 ½ cups + 1 ½ tbsp. (850 ml) fresh milk
  • ½ cup + 1 ½ tbsp. (150 ml) cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon
  • 2 tbsp salmon or lox
  • 1 tbsp dill
  • Salt
  • Mini toast

Method

  1. Heat the milk for 13-14 minutes in the microwave at full power (800W).
  2. Once hot, add the lemon juice.
  3. Cool to room temperature for about 30 minutes
  4. Strain
  5. Cover
  6. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  7. Mince the salmon.
  8. Place the cheese, dill, salt and salmon in a bowl;
  9. Mix well
  10. Serve with mini toasts.
