Rack of lamb with herb dressing

Ingredients

  • 130g rack of lamb (prepared at the butcher's)
  • 1 tomato halved
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • For the dressing:
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Dry rosemary
  • Dry oregano
  • Dry parsley
  • Dry thyme
  • Salt and Pepper

Method

  1. Mix the oil, herbs, salt and pepper together.
  2. Coat the rack of lamb with the dressing.
  3. Put it, the tomato and the water into the steam case.
  4. Close and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes at maximum power (800W).
