Pork Chop with Mustard and Rosemary and Summer Vegetables

Cook a delicious pork chop quickly and easily.

Ingredients
- -1 pork chop
- -1 teaspoon of mustard
- -1- 2 new small carrots
- -1 peppered artichoke
- -1 small courgette
- -2 peas in the pod
- -1 red thistle branch
- -2 small leeks
- -1 small « gold » beetroot
- -1 rosemary branch
- -5 cl of vegetable broth
Method
- Clean and chop the vegetables, place them in the Steamer Case, add the broth, season with salt and pepper, and microwave for 3-4 minutes at full power (800 W). In the oven, cook at 190°C for 10 minutes.
- Cover the chop with mustard, season with salt and pepper, and pluck the rosemary leaves over it.
- Place the chop on top of the vegetables and microwave for 5 more minutes. In the oven, cook for 15 more minutes at the same temperature.
