Ingredients
- 4 jelly leafs
- 200 ml whipped cream
- 200 ml milk
- 120 g sugar
- 4 instant coffee teaspoonfulls
Method
- Hydrate the jelly leafs in a bowl with water.
- At the same time, mix the whipped cream, the milk, the sugar and the coffee in a bowl and divide it in 4 MinuteCakes.
- Bake each MinuteCake in the microwave for 1 minute at 800 W.
- Add a hydrated jelly leaf in each MinuteCake and mix it in until it’s melted.
- Preserve in the fridge for 1 hour approximately until it cools down.
- SUGGESTION: You must use instant coffee, don’t use ground coffee. If you increase the quantity of jelly you will obtein a thicker mixture.
