Mushroom and roquefort cheese omelet

Ingredients
- 30 g of mushrooms (2 tbsp)
- 20 g of onion (1 ½ tbsp)
- 10 g of Roquefort cheese ( ½ cup)
- 1 tablespoon of water
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 2 eggs
Method
- Slice the mushrooms and the onion, and dice the Roquefort cheese.
- Place everything inside Omelette with the oil, water and salt.
- Close and cook in the microwave for 1’30 minutes at 800 W.
- Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the milk.
- Add to the cooked mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes in the microwave at 800 W.
- Turn over the Omelette and cook for another 30 seconds. Serve.
