Lemon Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 lemons’ juice
  • 20 g sugar
  • 200 ml whipped cream

Method

  1. Inside each MinuteCake, put 2 sugar teaspoonfulls with the juice of half a lemon.
  2. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds at 800W.
  3. Add 50 ml of whipped cream in each one and mix until you obtain an smooth mixture without lumps in it.
  4. Let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes (serve with 2 small mint leafs).
