Lemon Mousse

Ingredients
- 2 lemons’ juice
- 20 g sugar
- 200 ml whipped cream
Method
- Inside each MinuteCake, put 2 sugar teaspoonfulls with the juice of half a lemon.
- Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds at 800W.
- Add 50 ml of whipped cream in each one and mix until you obtain an smooth mixture without lumps in it.
- Let it rest in the fridge for 20 minutes (serve with 2 small mint leafs).
