A delicious vegetable timbale ... in the microwave!
Ingredients
- Aubergine 1 small
- Potato 1
- Courgette 1/2
- Chopped tomato 200g
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Grated cheese To taste
- Oregano To taste
- Salt and pepper To taste
Method
- Slice the vegetables thickly and season with salt and pepper. Add the sugar to the chopped tomato and mix well.
- Place the vegetables in layers along with the chopped tomato into the Steam Case, alternating them.
- Cover with chopped tomato and grated cheese and then repeat the operation. Sprinkle a little oregano over the top and close the case.
- Cook in the microwave for 8-9 minutes at maximum power (800W).
- Make sure the vegetables are cooked, add extra salt if necessary and serve.
