A delicious vegetable timbale ... in the microwave!

Ingredients

  • Aubergine 1 small
  • Potato 1
  • Courgette 1/2
  • Chopped tomato 200g
  • Sugar 1 tsp.
  • Grated cheese To taste
  • Oregano To taste
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method

  1. Slice the vegetables thickly and season with salt and pepper. Add the sugar to the chopped tomato and mix well.
  2. Place the vegetables in layers along with the chopped tomato into the Steam Case, alternating them.
  3. Cover with chopped tomato and grated cheese and then repeat the operation. Sprinkle a little oregano over the top and close the case.
  4. Cook in the microwave for 8-9 minutes at maximum power (800W).
  5. Make sure the vegetables are cooked, add extra salt if necessary and serve.
