Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 egg whites
- 33 g sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 33 g flour
- Powdered sugar
Method
- Beat the yolks with half the sugar and vanilla extract until foamy.
- Beat the egg whites with the rest of the sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Fold into the yolk mixture and add the sifted flour.
- Pour the mixtures into the moulds. Bake at 180º C for 20 minutes.
- Turn out and sprinkle with the powdered sugar.
- Suggestions: Ideal served with hot chocolate
