Goat's cheese terrine with peppers

Ingredients
- 1 red pepper
- 2 green peppers
- 170 grs fresh goat's cheese
- 150 grs cream cheese
- 80 grs Parmesan cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt
Method
- Bake the peppers in a preheated oven at 220ºC for 20 minutes.
- Peel and deseed the peppers. • Blend the cheeses and eggs in a food processor then add the sesame seeds and a pinch of cumin.
- Pour into the mould, alternating with the peppers cut into strips. • Cook in a preheated oven at 170ºC for approximately 1 hour.
- Let cool and refrigerate for 2 hours before removing the terrine from the mould and cutting.
- Decorate with the sesame seeds and serve with rocket leaves or other green leaves.
- You may also use yellow peppers to make the terrine more colourful.
