Fungi dumplings with mashed potatoes

Ingredients
- Mashed potatoes : Potatoes 2 cups (350 g)
- Milk ½ cup (80 ml)
- Butter 1 tbsp (15 g)
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dumplings : Minced pork meat 8 oz. (230 g)
- Chopped onion 2 tbsp (15 g)
- Soaked dry fungi ½ cup (30 g)
Method
- Thinly slice the potatoes, place them in the Ogya with the milk, and cook for 6 minutes at 800W.
- Mix the pork meat with the onion, chopped fungi, salt and pepper. Make dumplings with the mixture and place them on the tray. Place the tray in the Ogya, on top of the potatoes, and cook at 800W for 5 minutes.
- Take the tray out, add the butter, salt, and pepper to the potatoes, and mash with a fork while still in the Ogya.
- Serve the dumplings on the potato mash.
