Frozen kiss

Ingredients
- 150 g / 5 oz dark chocolate
Method
- Blend the fruit with the syrup.
- Fill the moulds, put theplasticsticks in place and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Chop up the dark chocolate and melt 2/3 of it inbain Marieuntil the temperature reaches 40ºC/104ºF. Once the temperature has been reached, add the remaining chocolate, finely chopped, and stir until you have a homogeneous chocolate paste.
- over the frozen lips with the chocolate and keep in the fridge until they are solid.
- The frozen kisses are now ready to give away!
