Frozen kiss

Ingredients

  • 150 g / 5 oz dark chocolate

Method

  1. Blend the fruit with the syrup.
  2. Fill the moulds, put theplasticsticks in place and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  3. Chop up the dark chocolate and melt 2/3 of it inbain Marieuntil the temperature reaches 40ºC/104ºF. Once the temperature has been reached, add the remaining chocolate, finely chopped, and stir until you have a homogeneous chocolate paste.
  4. over the frozen lips with the chocolate and keep in the fridge until they are solid.
  5. The frozen kisses are now ready to give away!
