Eggs with cheddar and ham

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons diced fully cooked ham
  • 1 tablespoon diced green bell pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper to taste

Method

  1. Cook the green bell pepper inside the Ovo with the olive oil for 30 seconds in the microwave at 800 W.
  2. Beat the eggs, mix with the other ingredients and pour into the Ovo.
  3. Season it with salt and pepper and cook in the microwave for 40-45 seconds at 800 W.
