Coconut Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients
- Pre-heat oven 30 minutes in advance to 180º C
- 1 coconut yoghurt
- 2 ½ yoghurt cartons of sugar
- 1 yoghurt carton of sunflower oil
- 3 eggs
- 2 yoghurt cartons of flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 g. baking powder icing sugar (for decoration)
Method
- In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, sugar and oil.
- Add the eggs and then the flour, previously mixed with the salt and baking powder.
- Fill the mould and bake at 180º C for around 45 minutes. Leave to cool, turn out the sponge and sprinkle with the icing sugar.
- You can add chocolate buttons to the mixture before baking.
