Coconut Yoghurt Cake

Ingredients

  • Pre-heat oven 30 minutes in advance to 180º C
  • 1 coconut yoghurt
  • 2 ½ yoghurt cartons of sugar
  • 1 yoghurt carton of sunflower oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 yoghurt cartons of flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 5 g. baking powder icing sugar (for decoration)

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, sugar and oil.
  2. Add the eggs and then the flour, previously mixed with the salt and baking powder.
  3. Fill the mould and bake at 180º C for around 45 minutes. Leave to cool, turn out the sponge and sprinkle with the icing sugar.
  4. You can add chocolate buttons to the mixture before baking.
