Ingredients

  • 100 gr. Clams
  • 20 gr. chopped onion
  • 120 gr. grated tomato
  • 10 ml. white winem
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 30 ml. water
  • 5 ml. virgin olive oil
  • salt & pepper.

Method

  1. Place all the ingredients except the clams into the Ogya and cook in the microwave for 15 minutes at 800W.
  2. Add the clams and cook for 2 more minutes in the microwave at 800W. The clams should open; if not, cook for a few more seconds.
  3. Stir to blend the sauce and serve.
  4. This recipe can be adapted to the Ogya XL by doubling the quantity of ingredients. Add two minutes and check the cooking process.
