Chicken breast en papillote

Learn how to prepare chicken en papillote accompanied by microwaved pumpkin puree.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 4 slices cheese for melting
- 12 slices Iberian sausage, pork loin or chopped bits of Serrano ham
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Peel the pumpkin, cut it into even cubes, place it in the Steamer Case, and microwave for 3 minutes at full power (800 W).
- Mash the pumpkin with a fork until smooth, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and set aside. Chop your chosen cured meat into small pieces and set aside.
- Carefully open the chicken breasts vertically along the sides, creating a kind of "little book." Stuff the chicken breasts with the cheese and cured meat, close them, place them in the Steamer Case on top of the pumpkin puree, and microwave for 5 minutes. Serve the chicken booklet with olive oil.
