Ingredients

  • 500 g. cream cheese (Philadelphia style)
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g cream
  • 50 g corn starch

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven 30 minutes in advance to 170º C Place all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Use a blender to mix the batter until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Place the batter in the mould and bake in a preheated oven at 170º C for 45-50 minutes.
  4. After baking, leave the cheesecake to cool before turning it out.
  5. This delicious cheesecake can be served with raspberry sauce or wild berry ice cream.
