Asian style prawns

Ingredients

  • 1 John Dory filet
  • 1 potato
  • 1 piquillo pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 50 ml (1/2 small glass) of white wine
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Method

  1. Peel and slice the potato and place in the bottom of the steam case. Season the fish with salt and pepper (in this case, John Dory) and place it over the potato.
  2. Add the strips of pepper and onion and sprinkle with olive oil and white wine. Cook in a preheated oven at 220ºC for 20 minutes.
  3. Serve immediately. In the microwave, cook at maximum power, first the potatoes for 10minutes, then add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
