Apple Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of old-fashioned oats
  • 2 green apples
  • 2 tablespoons of white sugar
  • ½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons of butter
  • 1 ¼ cups of apple juice
  • 1 cup of milk

Method

  1. Cut the apples into small pieces and place in the Rice&Grain Cooker along with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Stir with the spoon, cover and cook in the microwave at 800W for 7 minutes.
  3. Stir again, cover and leave to stand for 1 minute.
  4. Add crushed nuts.
  5. Serve hot.
