Almond and pear pie

Ingredients
- 1 roll of pie pastry
- 120grs butter
- beaten 120grs confectioner's sugar (keep 15grs for sprinkling)
- 120grs eggs (2 medium eggs)
- 120grs almond powder
- 2 pears
Method
- Preheat oven to 180ºC. Cover the mould with the pastry and bake for 6 minutes until half cooked.
- Put aside. In a bowl, blend the butter and the sugar.
- Add the almond powder little by little. When well blended, add the eggs one by one.
- Beat until the mixture is smooth. Fill half the mould with the mixture and place the sliced pears on top.
- Sprinkle with the sugar and bake at 180º for 40 minutes.
- Serve warm with vanilla sauce.
