Vegan soy cheese

Ingredients
- 1 liter of soy
- drink Juice of one lemon (30 ml)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 100 gr of sundried
- tomatoes Fresh
- basil leaves Pepper powder
Method
- Heat the soy drink for 14 minutes in the Cheese Maker in the microwave at maximum power (800W).
- Once hot, add the lemon juice and mix with the help of a slotted spoon. Watch as it rushes.
- Add the salt, mix and let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Filter the cheese over the sieve. Add the tomato, finely sliced basil and pepper. Squeeze with a spoon to shape it.
- Cover and let cool for 1 hour in the fridge.
