Vegan soy cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of soy
  • drink Juice of one lemon (30 ml)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 100 gr of sundried
  • tomatoes Fresh
  • basil leaves Pepper powder

Method

  1. Heat the soy drink for 14 minutes in the Cheese Maker in the microwave at maximum power (800W).
  2. Once hot, add the lemon juice and mix with the help of a slotted spoon. Watch as it rushes.
  3. Add the salt, mix and let cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  4. Filter the cheese over the sieve. Add the tomato, finely sliced basil and pepper. Squeeze with a spoon to shape it.
  5. Cover and let cool for 1 hour in the fridge.
