Pimientos al ajillo con Morcilla de arroz

Ingredients
- 1 black pudding rice (approx 200 g)
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (20 ml)
- 200 g. canned roasted peppers
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- fresh thyme
Method
- Peel the garlic, cut it into slices and put it with the oil in the steam case. Cook it at 800W for 1 minute.
- Add the pepper cut into julienne strips, salt and thyme, cook for 2 more minutes at maximum power in the MW (800W).
- Finally, add the chopped black pudding (approx. 2 cm thick slices) and cook the whole thing for 1 more minute in the microwave at maximum power (800W).
