Pasta with kale pesto

Ingredients

  • 150 g of fresh pasta type rigatoni
  • 100 g of kale
  • 20 g of pine nuts (or 2 tbsp.)
  • ½ small garlic clove
  • 10 g of fresh basil (or the leaves of 2-3 springs)
  • 6 tbsp. of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp. of parmesan cheese

Method

  1. For the pesto, first, wash the vegetables.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender (except the pasta)and mix well until you get an even consistency. If it is very thick, you can add a little more olive oil.
