Kale Peas Crisps

Prepare some kale and peas snacks in an easy and delicious way!
Ingredients
- Cooked peas 100 g
- Raw potato 50 g
- Salt 1⁄2 tsp
- Kale 20 g
- Herbes de Provence 1 tbsp
Method
- Peel and cut the potato into small pieces.
- Place the peas, potato, salt, kale and Herbes de Provence in a bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly using a spatula until the holes are completely full.
- Remove the top guide and microwave for 4 minutes at 800W. Let the steam escape from the microwave, then cook for 4 more minutes.
- Remove the product from the microwave and leave the crisps to stand for 1 minute, or until they cool down and get a crisp texture.
