Ice cream of mango and yogurt

A refreshing and very easy recipe for homemade yogurt and mango ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 100g mango
  • 20g brown sugar (optional)
  • 350g yogurt

Method

  1. Mix the 12.3 oz yogurt and 0.7 oz brown sugar (optional) with a blender.
  2. With this mixture, fill the mould 3/4 of the way full.
  3. Cut 3.5 oz mango into very small pieces.
  4. Place them inside each mould.
  5. Place the moulds in the freezer for 4 hours.
  6. Remove from the mould and it's ready to enjoy!
